Getting HIV or the Human Immunodeficiency Virus...?

I know that HIV can be transmitted through sexual intercourse with an infected person and sharing of infected needles....

The situation is that, for example, you are working in a hospital/clinic and you want to study the semen/cuum of your patient which is (+) on HIV...then you accidentally spilled it on your bare hands or other parts of your bare skin (arms, face, etc). My question is that... is there a chance that you would acquire HIV or not at all? ........ (Since HIV belongs to the family of retroviruses, I can recall that someone said to me that virus are so small that they can penetrate through the tiniest hole/pore in any part of our body, that why virus can spread easily...)

Also, is it true that you can't get when you have oral sex since if the cuum of your infected partner will go strait to the digestive tract, w/c has acidic env't, thus killing the viruses?

Furthermore, is it true that you can't get HIV by kissing and excahnging of saliva w/ an infected partner?

Let's see:

- If you have a cut on your hands (arms, face, etc), even if your hands are severely chapped then, yes, the virus could potentially be transferred. Our skin is a very strong initial barrier to viruses and bacteria, but cuts or chapped skin open that defensive barrier. However, this route is quite uncommon.

- Oral sex can transmit the virus from one partner to another.

-I don't believe there is any documented proof that you can get HIV from kissing.
