I work for a group of GI docs here in Saint Louis, MO. Is it legal to communicate with patients via e-mail regarding medical information and questions? And what kind of restricitions and requirements and saftey precautions if any are needed? Be as vague about the problem as possible and make sure YOU are authorized to know that information. It would help to send an encrypted message, also. |
