Cholesterol levels LDL 72 HDL 38 and total 123?

should i be concern that my HDL is 38.Please keep in mind that i'm just a 24years old. guy. Are these very good number as far as my cholesterol .Or should i try to get my HDL up.And if so what can i eat or not eat so my HDL will get more higher?

also my triglycerides is 63

You are on the low end of the risk curve for cholesterol clogging. This process takes 30+ years after you have finished growing. Now if you can keep those values in that range, you will be in good shape. The HDL would be nice to get it above 40. Maybe more exercises, omega fish oil, etc. Total is great, the LDL and HDL don't exactly fit with the low total. Try fasting next time you check it.

A total less than 150 is good.
Low HDL cholesterol (less than 40 mg/dL for men, less than 50 mg/dL for women) puts you at higher risk for heart disease. In the average man, HDL cholesterol levels range from 40 to 50 mg/dL

The lower your LDL cholesterol, the lower your risk of heart attack. Less than 100 is great

You can raise your HDL by cutting sugars and simple carbs

Those are pretty darn good values, especially the LDL. You have nothing to worry about (see reference).

From the HDL I'm guessing you don't do a lot of aerobic exercise.

I'm jealous.

You have nothing to worry about. Your cholesterol profile looks great.
