HDL and Natural Supplements?

What natural supplements will help raise my HDL ?

Additional information. While I appreciate help with overall diet and exercise... my question was not how often to exercise or what foods to eat... I'm more curious about what supplements I can take to help increase the HDL.

I don't eat any dairy products. I don't drink. I drink lots of water already and exercise five times a week - three of which are at least an hour of hard cardio.

My cholesterol is super low.. However my HDL to LDL ratio is not good. It would be pratically impossible to lower my LDL.

This is why I ask what supplements may increase HDL. :) I've already done everything else that I can think of.. My body doesn't like fish, and avacados are expensive! LOL. I heard eating half a raw onion increases HDL. But I'm not going that far!

Homeopathic Treatment for Cholesterol : -
1.PHYTOLACCA 30C
2.PHOSPHORUS 30C
3.CHOLESTERINUM 30C
Three Drops Each in a sip of water half hour before meals thrice a day always take them on an empty stomach. And avoid Chocolates Coffee Mints and Red Meat while you are taking any Homeopathic remedy.
Take care and God Bless!

just consume fresh herbal medicines:
just be relax every time

stop drink coffee
stop smoking
stop drink alcohol

minimize to consume eggs or meat,
eat fish, consume fish which have scale

eat many tomatoes as much as possible
eat many cucumbers as much as possible
eat much green vegetables as much as possible

drink mininum 1,5 - 2 litres pure water a day
do any sport 4-5 days a week

and you will be healthier.

God always bless you. Amen.
