High hdl levels?

My HDL is 119, my LDL is 99, my triglycerides are 52. I'm 43 years old and eat extremely healthy. I have heard that these numbers could only come from inherited genes. I am trying to get my family history, but should I continue about worrying about what I eat. I generally eat low GI foods, fish, veggies and high fat content cheese, EVOO, flax seed. I eat steak on occasions, but should I try to lower my LDL and how could I accomplish this.

Homeopathic Treatment to Lower High Cholesterol Levels: -
1.PHYTOLACCA 30C
2.PHOSPHORUS 30C
3.CHOLESTERINUM 30C
Three Drops Each in a sip of water half hour before meals thrice a day always take them on an empty stomach. And avoid Chocolates Coffee Mints and Red Meat while you are taking any Homeopathic remedy.
Take care and God Bless!

These numbers are great! I am green with envy. Continue your healthy lifestyle. HDL is the good cholesterol you want to keep it 'high', LDL is the bad cholesterol and you want to keep that 'low'. Easy to remember: HDL keep it high, LDL keep it low.
