Can your HDL be too high? |
I know high HDL levels are good, but can your number be too high? Mine was 72 and I heard the average range is 40-59. Should I be concerned? No this is a good thing!, lowers your risk for heart disease or stroke! Have a look at the link I've added. There is nothing mentioned about HDL levels being too high. |
