I am told my HDL of 49 is borderline, what level should it be and what can I do to get it there? |
My overall cholesterol level is 196 Here's some info on cholesterol. I think yours is considered high. First of all your HDL is perfectly fine. The one you need to worry about is your LDL which shouldn't be over 100. |
