How quickly can your HDL cholesteral levels change? |
How quickly can your HDL cholesteral levels change? Lets say you have a test today and get a result of say 50. If you decided to exercise more and eat more Omega-3s, what would you expect the change to be in 2 weeks? 2 months? 2 years? pretty much everything in your body can change within a few weeks. your resting heart rate can change, muscle definition can change, cardio fitness can change, blood pressure can change, etc. everything changes gradually though. so after a few weeks you won't have major changes, but you'll have a foundation and within a few months you'll have great results. |
