Also Gugulipid has been used for arthritis, acne, rhematism, since 2000 years in ayurveda...but lots of clinical studies had been done so far and it's efficiency for lowering serum triglyceride and LDL level and rising HDL level benn proven clinically....so now its available in market...

In addition to the flax seed, add a half teaspoon of cinnamon on a bowl of oatmeal each day. Go with a primarily vegetable diet, plus whole grains, and some fish or chicken for the protein. The numbers will improve dramatically in just a month or two. Stick with the exercise, though.
