New Zealand Green Mussels's HDL and LDL level?

Anybody know the HDL and LDL level of New Zealand Green Mussels and shrimp.

HDL and LDL are something you find in the blood stream, not in the food. Cholesterol levels in NZ green lipped mussels are comparable to those of the European/ North American Moules Marinieres, no surprises there.
