After the gynecomastia treatment surgery is there a chance that i may not get a normal chest?

i am an18 year old boy,and iam suffering from gynecomastia for almost 8 to 9 years.
it is very hard to live with this condition,and therefore i have decided to go for the surgery.
but iam worried ,if there will be a possibility that i may not get a normal chest even after the surgery.
i never excercise my upperbody as it worsens my gynecomastia,so after the surgery procedure i want to develope my upper body,i wonder if i excercise, will i be able to get good chest muscles?
please answer.

Most of the breast tissue, specially in men, is fats. That is what the surgeon will remove in this operation. It is not going to affect the muscles. Everything else will remain the same. You should talk to the doctor and get it confirmed.
