Gynecomastia surgery consideration?

I can afford the surgery. I am in good height and good weight, and actually with my shirts on I look like I am a pretty darn good shape. With shirts on, my gynecomastia is barely noticeable. I think I can live without taking my shirts off in front of ladies, and I don't see much opportunity for that.
I am just not sure if I should go ahead with the surgery as it's very difficult to choose a surgeon and I am not sure if the surgery is worth it.
In some countries, they do psychological testing on men who seek gynecomastia surgery which certainly makes sense to me.
Any guys who have been in my situation or anyone who know someone in my situation?
(Yes, I workout and eat right, but those do not burn off fat on the nipples and surronding area.)

If you are working out, and are not overweight, and don't have any other risk factors for gynecomastia (hormone imbalance or heavy alcohol use), then you should consider having the surgery. It can be done by plastic surgeons or by general surgeons. You will have a scar, which hopefully won't be too noticeable, but you won't have the bulge that you don't want.

Get the surgery, because a woman wants to see the guys chest when she has sex with him.
