i am 19 years old. i have Gynecomastia it was present in me for last 4 years. i have swollen nipples. i did pushups for 2 months daily 30, still i didnt find any changes. pls help me to get out of Gynecomastia. i dont want to do surgery. pls tell me which kind of doctor's deal with Gynecomastia. is there any natural treatment or food habits to change it. pls help me...
