Gynecomastia - Turmeric?

i would like to know how to use turmeric for gynecomastia i have puffy nipples. i need to know how to use turmeric by applying it over my chest or by eating. pls tell me other way's to cure it i didn't like to go for surgery. pls tell me some natural way to cure.

For "gynaecomastia", you have to see a senior "general surgeon", in a reputed hospital. "General surgeon" means, A doctor who has passed "MBBS" and then "MS", or MBBS and then FRCS....okay ?
Some of the doctors practising in India have specialisations in Breast surgery also.
Natural way for cure of gynaecomastia is NIL. but if it is only "your suspicion" or if it is gynaecomastia of "puberty" in males, dont worry at all...Do regular exercises and you will be alright after few months.okay ?

Turmric has limited anti inflammatory effects , only.

That happens when you have too much estrogen. Talk to you dr about some hormone balancing.
