Gynecomastia how to fix this? |
I was obese as a kid and i kind starved my self then and there and lost about 65lbs.. In high school I was really skinny but i still had man boobs... but now that im in college I gained some weight about 10lbs. and my problem now is that my chest has muscles on the inside but it looks like girls **** cuz of the fats... is this Gynecomastia? if ever how will i determine if i have this syndrome... and can i also ask for advice on how to make my man boobs to be like Brad pitts chest? please and thank you See your doctor. One of the side effects of too much fat as a teenager is...wait for it...estrogen. Yes, high levels of body fat result in the body getting tricked into generating the hormone that causes the development of breast tissue. best thing i can think of is wide grip decline benchpresses or pushups(wide grip) with feet on floor and arms on bench. |
