Gynecomastia Problem - I've been working out my chest for over 3 month now and yet i still have it.? |
I do roughly about 100 pushups alone by myself regardless of the other 100+ so that i do for my military school and i have a shaped chest but my nipple is like prumed up or so it is called. It never is erected like those who work on their chest alot. I'm 5'5 and i weight about 130. It is just odd that my chest is cut but my nipple is like a blob of fat or so. I don't take steroids or proteins but yet it still wont go away. I'm not sure if it is gynecomastia or not so please help. I had the same problem. I was a college water polo player, in extraordinary shape, no drugs, no steroids...but I had Gynecomastia. I simply had the growth surgically removed. I was told that nothing else would have ever gotten rid of it. I was also told that Gynecomastia can be caused by pot smoking/steriods. I never did steroids, but did smoke pot as a kid. I came across this great product for weight loss and it was excellent for me. Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look. You should check this product at Research "Letrozole" at http://www.anabolicminds.com.. It can reverse gynocomastia. Also research "Epistane"... |

Yes, it is normal. And no, sorry to say, it's not a sign that it will go away. The only way to decrease gynecomastia is by plastic surgery. Which, by the way, works very well and the result... Actually it's not the condition that causes the flux in hormones but the hormones that bring on Gynecomastia. When estrogen levels rise, men are more inclined to getting Gynecomastia. Yes ...
