Gynecomastia help? read ahead?

I have gynecomastia.I am 23
I don't remember since when,since as a kid I did'nt
understand these things.I realized this
problem when I was 12.I have been obese and
overweight since childhood.
A plastic surgeon told me this can be cured by
surgery

I wish to avoid surgery
reason 1 --weakening my body
reason 2-- complicated surgery--doc said so
reason 3-- expensive surgery

I am thinking of getting a proper figure by
exercise.(i.e becoming trim and fit)---for the whole body
Then let me see whether the breast part remains.
please recommend exercises that will help in my
case;it shud not worsen the situation
Is it possible by exercise?

Also
Suggest cures in alternative medicine like
homeopathy,accupuncture,accupressure,a... etc
PLEASE GUIDE ME.I WANT TO GET CURED
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THANKS

Alright, this is what I recommend...First off have a good mind set and set a goal for yourself! You need to be your own personal trainer, but you have to kick yourselk in the butt cause it's going to be tough. Change your diet first. Eat less saturated fats and no to minimal junk food! Eat more veggies and a lot of protein. Drink water instead of sodas, tea, or coffee. Next, start an exercise program. Join a gym and work on the machines that help with the pecs. I started jogging 20 mins every other day and rode my bike and swam the other days I wasn't jogging. Jogging is the greatest exercise you can do to lose weight! It's hard, but you can work yourself up to it. Just start out walking about 5 mins and then jog 5 mins and keep doing this until you can jog a full 20-30 mins every other day. Remember to drink lots of water! Get good running shoes! You can do it! The man boobs will melt right away if you do all of this! Don't give up!!! Good luck! Millie

If you truly have been diagnosed with gynecosmastia then dieting and exercise will not reduce your breast. You will become smaller and the breast might become harder and more defined but if you stop exercising the firm tissue will soften and those breast will reappear. An example would be a female body builder. I recommend you diet and lose weight and save for the cosmetic surgery. You are very young and deserve to go thru life without humiliating breast. Also, your problem is more common that you realize and it's possible to do nothing and live a happy and normal life. Please don't feel as if you need to be "cured" you don't have a disease nor are you sick. You have a condition that you can live with but of course it's up to you.... good luck.

The only solution for these cases is plastic surgery. If you are worried about the expenses, I strongly recommend you visit http://www.surgeryabroadguide.com .
