Lump after Gynecomastia surgery?

I had Gynecomastia surgery 3 months ago. However, there are lumps on both side of my nipples that I didnt have that before the surgery (only fat).
Is that normal? if it is how long does it take for them to go away?

Thanks a lot

they might not go away. but a little lump is better than big lumps right?
