Do i have Gynecomastia? HOW DO I TREAT THIS?

hey, im a 17 year old male.
I am quite thin and active.
Over the past 2 years, My Nipples have gotten quite Big, Not pointy, Just Soft and bigger. also the chest area around nipple has gotten"fatter"

2 Years ago, the doctor sed it was hormones and will just go away.

Now im worried, This is quite embarrasing when wearing a tight t shirt or having Sex.

Do i have Gynecomastia? should i get some sort of surgery?

Obviously we can't tell if it is cuz we can't see it.

Ask your doctor. And if you're still getting girls and having sex, it doesn't sound like it's that much of a problem. If you're 100% done with puberty and you have man boobs, then see your doctor about it. If you're still growing, then I'd wait and see if it will go away.

If it is gynecomastia and it really bothers you then you should get surgery. But only if it IS gynecomastia AND it really bothers you. Surgery isn't cheap, plus there's always the chance of complications.

If you're smoking marijuana, this can cause the onset of Gynecomastia.

If so, stop smoking, watch your diet, work out and see it they go away.

If they don't, consult with your physician.
