Does frequent masturbation affect gynecomastia?

I usually masturbate twice a day and have had some gynecomastia (enlarged breast tissue) for a for over a year now.
Is frequent masturbation causing hormone imbalances and thus worsening/causing my condition. I am only 14. Will cutting down to 3 days a week help? I am not overweight either.
