What to do about Gynecomastia ( Male breast)? |
I am 20 year old guy.I am having Gynecomastia for the last 7 years.bcoz of that i am not able to mix up with people well and also not able to make friends. What should i do? hmm maybe wear big shirts or see a doctor for a reduction A neighbor boy was overweight and had this condition. When he shed the excess podge, the boobs also went. I know how upsetting it can be for many guys. The best bet is to search for a plastic surgeon near you that specializes in treating this condition. These people are trained and can tell you for sure what your options are, if it's just 'fat' or actual breast gland tissue. Go to gynecomastia.org for references, they also have a helpful message board. If you have true gyno, breast gland tissue, no amount of dieting or spot reduction will work. There are some strong drugs, pills/gels, that may work, but I wouldn't mess with them personally. Depending on your location insurance may not cover it (most U.S. states don't unless it's causing you pain or illness), and costs average 3-6 thousand dollars. But definitely go for a free consultation with a plastic surgeon, you don't have to live with this. |
