What should I do about my gynecomastia??? |
I have had gynecomastia since i was 12, i am now 17. I lift weights and train everyday so I know for sure that being overweight is not the cause (although i was kinda chubby when i was 12). My body is sculptered but the gynecomastia is prevalent, it's not extreme like some i've seen online but it is very noticable. Having it has been very emotional for me and I have never spoken to anyone about it. I have missed out on a lot growing up because of this problem, it is very demeaning, to see that i train everyday to be the best i can but to no avail. I'm tired of this burden. What should I do about it? If you can afford it, there is surgery. I'm pretty sure that a male "masectomy" type of surgery is the only way to remove the extra tissue caused my gynochamastia, the only thing i could suggest is talk to your doctor and see if there are any alternative options to removing the tissue. Many men have this condition, my ex did try not to let it get you down too much, your fine just the way you are im sure! Diet and exercise have been said to help reduce how noticeable it is. If it's not working for you, liposuction is always another option. There are also many different types of surgery options to remove the breast tissue. Yes talk to your parents about it. They will help you out with the cost of the surgery. Yeah this sucks, I have the same problem. I'm 15 years old, 5'7'' 150 pounds. What do I do!! I'm going to kill myself no friken joke!! any home remadies out there? |
