For those of you with Gynecomastia please answer?

This may sound weird, but what is the best way you cover up your gynecomastia?? I'm a slender guy so what bothers me the most is the puffy nipple syndrome cause it pokes through the shirt, but I usually scotch tape them down when i wear a shirt. However effective this is, it would be rather embarrassing if i went to the beach and took off my shirt. IS THERE ANYWAY TO COVER IT UP W/O TAPE?? SOME KIND OF OINTMENT OR SOMETHIN?

I already know about getting surgery and i will in time, i dont have any money right now though. For the time being i just want to know ways to cover it up. And YES it truly is gynecomastia, i've already talked to my doctor about it.
