I'm a guy with enlared breasts (Gynecomastia) will severe diet help? |
I'm 24 years old man, and I have enlarged breast (Gynecomastia) which consist of mainly fat tissue. I've tried working in the gym , but I got the exact opposite - the muscles grew underneath the fat tissue , so now they're even bigger... Not really, the surgical correction is not too bad though. sorry no wait i ment to say Go for the surgery. Well weight loss reducess the size of womens breast tissue so I suspect the same for men. I would however check out the internet for a website that deals with your specific condition. Or talk to your doctor. No, a diet will not help much if at all, You need to consider surgery....sorry. Not really, although if you lose some weight they will go down a bit, I think the only solution if they are really bothering you is to go to your GP and ask for them to be reduced surgically, if they don't bother you, then leave them alone, another way of course is to go to a Gym and work on your pecs, turn them into muscle Check with your doctor. It might be a hormonal thing which could be corrected with medication. If not, he can give you the proper recommendations to correct the situation. Good luck. I know you are very worry about your body.So I give you some advise.Firstly, you should do exercise in morning about 1 hour (Jogging or walking around) before you have breakfast. Moreover, you should have a low fat diet. You can eat fruit and vegetables because it good for your body. And you should play a sport. nope, you've got enlarged gland in there as well, you should be able to feel it roll around if you push into them.its caused by too much testosterone turning into estrogen.the process is called aromatase.take saw palmetto. No - you'll need the surgery running or endurance sports will burn off a layer of fat and change your hormonal balance and dial down estrogen women that run marathons develope larger clitorus's and no fat and no periods tryswimming first for a long time laps and walking and get up to runnind light weights in hign reps will burn with out a tear and larger mass when the heat comes up in the chest stop dont go for a burn there just high reps and rowing and things of theat nature and run everywhere I'm 19. I was a fat kid growing up. As I got older and lost the weight, I never lost the man-boobs. They got smaller and less noticeable when I was doing intense weight lifting for about a year. I think some of it had to do with building the top of my chest and pulling the fat up and also had to do with building up my abs so they stuck out a little more. I would really avoid surgery. I know of a guy that had it done and later he lost one of his nipples as a result of the surgery. When you find the right girl, it won't matter. My woman loves it. |
