You usually get gynecomastia from steriods or from drinking like a horse. And yes surgery is the only option now. I can't recomend a doctor but i can say hope everthing goes well and take better care of yourself next time around.

Look in the yellow pages under cosmetic surgery. If you are in Vancouver, False Creek Surgical Centre or Cambie Surgery Center are the two biggest private ones.
