Do I have gum disease?

I'm not so sure what gum disease, but I have a feeling I'm getting it.

Details about my teeth and gums.

My gums are Kinda redesh pink color, which I think is normal right?
My Teeth are some what white.
My lower 5 front teeth and my upper front 2 teeth are cricked a little.

Most of the time when I wake up my upper 2 teeth feel werid, like when I bite them to see whats up with them it kinda hurts.
when I go brush them they feel much better.
I don't know if thats normal or not.

The gums that hold my lower teeth look some what low, which making my teeth look loose. Almost like ape teeth, if you know what ape teeth are, but their not loose.

plz help, I'm sorry if you didn't understand.
I'm just consern about my teeth.
thanks =D

do they bleed at all?

I have good teeth... braces when i was in high school but i HATED flossing... and still do... (if you have dental coverage, you should be seeing a dentist once every 6 months, which would be covered under the insurance as 'preventative care')...

I have Periodontitis... worse than gingivitis... but my gums look fine... my teeth don't hurt, and my gums bleed sometimes. I have to go to the dentist every 3 months for 'root scaling and planning' which is cleaning under the gum to tame the periodontitis on top of the every 6 months preventative care... i have to rinse with numbing listerning because it's not fun... unfortunately it's irriversible... so i'll have it forever... (it's also heriditary).

I suggest going to the dentist... they might be able to give you a special listerine (which i have) to help with that... floss and rinse with listerine... it will help alot....

Periodontitis is inflammation of the periodontium鈥攖he periodontal ligament, gingiva, cementum, and alveolar bone. It usually presents as a worsening of gingivitis. Symptoms are rare except with HIV or when abscesses develop, in which pain and swelling are common. Diagnosis is based on inspection, periodontal probing, and x-rays. Treatment involves dental cleaning that extends under the gums and a vigorous home hygiene program. Advanced cases may require antibiotics and surgery.
Consult a dentist.
Please see the web pages for more details on Periodontitis.
