People who "had" gum disease? |
ok people who had gum disease, an got it fixed by cleanin out there teeth by the dentist, before worser things happened, did the puffyness go away? i do mouth wash, tounge scrapper, flosser, brush, every single day! the puffiness doesnt go away, so i am thinkin about using those electric tooth brushes, It takes more than a dental cleaning... you have to adopt good dental hygiene. That means flossing and using mouthwash too. Keep your teeth and gums healthy and the puffiness will go away. If the person who cleaned your teeth effectively removed all the calculus/tartar build up, then you followed up with excellent homecare, yes the puffyness should go away. You must keep your teeth clean, not just brushed. You can brush ten times per day, if you're not doing it right, you're not removing bacterial plaque, the gums stay puffy. Have your hygienist watch your technique and make adjustments if needed. Yes an electric brush can be a big improvement for some. |
