Medical name of a cat bactirial \ viral gum disease?

hey, i just need the medical name and if possible the cure including name\s of medicines to cure viral \ bacterial gum diseases which cause teeth loss and infection in the gum for cats.
thanks... for those who don't know don't write "oh, i don't know" i need a real answer to cure my cat please.

It seems that ur kitty has grade IV of periodontitis. Here is the treatment:
