"why people express grief......?"? |
i want answer relevent to human atonamy. Experiences we have that are from grief and loss need to be addressed because if left unattended they will manifest themselves in to actuall illnesses. When people don't deal with what's going on in their lives, the push it down, bury and suprress it, it has to come out somewhere and that somewhere is our health. I have seen people sick with colds and flus year around because their grief or loss or depression affected them to the point where their immune systems lowers. |
