Where can I find grief counseling for the suicide of my brother? He was african american and we need help.? |
I have already contacted the Light for Life foundation but have not gotten a call returned. I need help in helping the rest of my family manage daily life now. Go to your local church. The pastor or priest is trained to help with grief. Sorry for your loss. We'll be praying for you and your family. I am so sorry for your loss and extend my deepest sympathies to you and your family for this difficult time. I just lost my father this year and was linked to a grief counseling service through my family doctor. Currently I am seeing a grief counselor at my school. I have found these services to be tremendously helpful. Seeking out help is a commendable first step. often times there are local hotlines in the phone book. I hope you can take the time to look. There is also the always reliable Grandfather, Uncle, Aunt and dont forget the principal. ohh..that's really sad. i am mainly commenting because it sounds sad. but what other people said. also, if you're in high school or middle school you may be able to contact people with your guidance counsellor. hope you are all able to recover<3 i guess that's probably what your brother would want but i dont know y'all. |
