I'm looking for grief consuling in the Oakland/San Fransico Bay area.?

I'm 45, both my parents died within the last year. I live on the West coast and they on the East coast so I didn't get to see them much. I have major depression which is affecting my marriage and life in general.

Look up hospice agencies in your area. Call and ask to speak to the bereavement coordinator about support groups. Hospices have a directive to reach out to the communities they serve. The groups or any resulting counseling will be free of charge. So good that you recognize you need some assistance. Two very significant deaths is difficult. God bless.

talk to your family doctor and tell them that you need to find a good councellor to talk too.. and dont be discouraged if it takes a few shrinks bef0re you find the right one.. I'm sorry about your loss.. hang in there
