How can you grief without crying? |
How can you grief without crying? You dont have to cry to grieve although it is a good way of releasing emotion. If you're Christian, praying and reading the Bible is the best thing you can do. Everyone handles grief in their own way. Repressing it can be harmful both physically and emotionally. Crying is one form of release. There's no shame in that. The bible says there is a 'time to weep'. Talking about your feelings to someone who is a true friend or even writing them down in a journal can be a big help. There's no immediate remedy, but time and patience will ease the pain. |
