How can I find free grief counciling in my county?

Call your local department of mental health (dmh) in your county and ask for a referal. Many counties also have a mental health infoline which can be found in the local yellow pages which can give you references to low fee or no fee counseling.

Contact your local mental health dept.They should be able to help.If not talk to your doctor.
