How to deal with Death & Grief? |
How to cope with Death & other bad things If you believe in God, you can pray to Him . I believe that each has it's own way. Some call it the journey, the stuff where they say Denial, anger, acceptance etc. I am no professional, but a couple things that have helped me through the recent deaths of two close friends is number one: realizing that death is a part of life and we all must die one day. Number two, it is a lot less painful to remember the life and the good times shared, rather than dwelling on the death, and number three, we can honor our deceased loved ones by living our lives the way they would have wanted us to. For instance, start or finish a project that you know they would have cared about and live every day of your life with them as motivation. I hope this helps. May God bless you in your quest for healing. |
