Anyone hear of loss or grief causing stroke systoms?there is a difference between having like-stroke symptoms and having actually a stroke. I did not understand quite clearly your question but I ll try to help a bit. To actually have a stroke there are some hemodynamic conditions that cause a blood vessel in your brain to obstruct. For example: having high blood pressure, high blood collesterol, a previously obstructed vessel (arteriosclerosis, atherosclerosis, malformation, etc), diabetes, etc.
Now, really stressful circumstances can be a trigger for high blood pressure, also vasoconstriction and if you have on the background one of the above mentioned, then it could be possible to have a TIA, or even a stroke. I will advise you, if you know about someone undergoing the following symptoms to have prompt medical attention: headache, dizziness, nausea, numbness in any part of the body, sudden lost of muscular strenght, visual or auditive irregularities.
It could be just a somatization disorder due to intense and continual stress, or it could be worst. Good luck. yes i had stroke symptom when my husband was elerecuted and died |
