Graves disease/hypothroidism? |
If you have it you know how hard it is to loose weight or boost your metabolism. I need some help or suggestions on how to boost mine. I just turned 30, and I am at my heaviest :( By the way, I am familiar with the disease. I've had it for 12 years..just looking for better metabolism boosters... I had Graves Disease for 3 years - It sounds like the doctor still need to get you regulated, with the proper dosage of Levoxyl or Synthyroid. I still get my blood tested every 2 or 3 months.
