What do you say - Graves Disease or Basedow disease ? Do you know anyone who has this disorder ?

Im doing a report on the thyroid.

I have it.

It is Grave's disease in the US. It is Basedow's disease or Graves-Basedow disease in the UK.

My aunt has Graves Disease...and that's what we call it.

Graves - my partner has it.
In the UK Graves is the chosen terminology I believe.

Yes I do I used to meet a lot of them when I attended hospital for my own Thyroid. Mind's was over active and the people I met with Graves Disease had popping out eyes, if that is any use to you.
