Gout at 28 years old?!? |
I had my first Gout attack last month. I was unable to walk for several hours. The pain brought me to ters. I am 40lbs overweight and eat sugary and salty junk food. I know that I must stay away from them but what else can stop this from ever happening again? Can someone suggest a Gout diet? Does anyone else out there suffer from this pain?
