Ive been having gout attacks. Im 29 years old.?

The gout attacks attack my toes, feet and ankles. How can I get rid or decrease the gout attacks? I dont drink alchol at all and I don't eat seafood at all. But sometimes the gout attacks hurt a lot!!!!!!!!!! What can I do/what should I do?

Go see a doctor. There is medication that you can take every day to prevent it. Also, contact a dietician and see if you can get a low purine diet. There are many more foods that can cause the gout besides seafood and alcohol. When I had attacks of the gout I felt as if I broke my foot.

Reduce intake of fat and proteins. (Eat lots of veggies). Apply warm compress during acute attacks.

See table 2 here:

Medications may be warranted, but consult a physician.

Cut back on red meat. Eat leaner cuts and more veggies. You probably need a prescription for Colchicine.
