Here are some natural helpers of Gout.
Apple Cider Vinegar
( take a tablespoon with a tablespoon of honey and a few tablespoons of warm water to melt the honey )
Use organic vinegar that is foggy or has the sediment at the bottom. this is the mother which is good for you.
The vinegar will change the acid in your blood stream and help expediate the gout getting out of your body.
I use two teaspoons and water after every meal and haven't had Gout now since starting this cleanser.

Another version is try Celery seed extract and celery oil... 3 gms celery extract equivalent to 3 gms dry seed and 2mls celery oil.. this flushed the system and is a natural anti-inflammatory.

Eat 6 cherries every day
eat plenty of berries
there are a few methods, but I recommend to apple cider vinegar for gout...
it tastes a little rank but it works for me.

have a look at my site for more information...
good luck

Stop being so lazy.

Devil's claw reduces uric acid levels and is a natural cleansing agent for toxic impurities. Take 400 mg of the dried extract 3x a day for as long as desired.

I was told by someone who had it that they drank cherry juice and it helped a bunch!

Eating cherries or drinking natural cherry juice is good for gout as they help to eliminate uric acid from the body (this is what causes the gout pain when it collects in the joints).

Try eating at least 10 cherries a day but no more than half a pound. Like most fruits, too much can cause an upset stomach. Or drink one 6 ounce glasses of cherry juice once or twice a day.

Also it pays to monitor your diet when you're having a gout flare up. Avoid purine rich foods like organ meats, wild game, gravy and some shellfish.

Drink plenty of water and stay away from alcohol.

Keep the affected joint rested otherwise you'll be prolonging the healing time.

Applying heat or ice packs can help ease the pain. Some people prefer heat, others the ice so experiment to find the option that provides you the most relief.

A charcoal poultice is a good home remedy that is great at relieving inflammation. Mix 1/2 cup of activated powered charcoal with 3 - 7 tablespoons of ground flax seed. When mixed add warm water to turn it into a paste. Apply the paste to the joint and cover with a dressing. You should change the dressing about every 4 hours, though you can leave it on overnight. Watch out for staining though as charcoal will stain pretty much everything.

i used to have the same problem, on medicitation daily
but i found another solution which i came upon ,been drinking it ever since, the site is at www.mkt-tea.blogspot.com, it seems cheessy but i decided to give it a try and i email the blogger about it and he gave me some information on the drink itself and he direct me to a link to bid off ebay for secure purchases and its natural and no side effects, more info on the blog

Are you on Lisinopril??

If the dose is not working CALL YOUR DOCTOR. They have to adjust the dose until they get it to the proper therapeutic level. Most of the time you have to combine HCTZ (hydrochlorthiazide) with Lisinopril for gout. Are you also taking HCTZ??

Do not assume it's not going to work, just get in touch with your doctor. They might tell you over the phone to increase your dose. Be sure they call in more pills to your pharmacy if they increase the number of pills you take per day.

They might even change you to another medication all together if increasing the dose of Lisinopril isn't working out for you. You might have to go back to the doctor, and they might just call something in to the pharmacy for you - call them to find out what you should do.

Your doctor did not intend for you to start the Lisinopril and then have poor results, they anticipated that it would help. Now call them and get them to adjust your dose or switch to something that will work better for you. If you are not taking HCTZ, they might want to add that. It will greatly reduce your swelling and discomfort.

You have to be your own health care advocate. Tell the doctor when your medications aren't effective, please. The only way they're going to know is if you tell them.

Best of luck to you. I hope you feel better soon!
