I have not had gout for almost 2 years. Do you want to know why?

I had my first attack in April 2002. It followed with attacks every 2 months for 4 more years. I know everyone who has gout suffers from it in different degrees. I bought this 39 page report over the internet from some retired doctor for $27.
Not all of this report helped but most of it did. With me I drank alcohol and alot of meat proteins which is a no-no. Alcohol when broken down creates a type of acid that prevents the kidneys from eliminating another acid called Uric acid which is formed from the molecules in meat. They are called 'purines".
Uric acids when not eliminated properly remain in the body and store themselves in notably the joints. The big toe joint usually gets the attention. The pain comes from the crystallization of the uric acids.
To help with your gout cut down on your meat intake. 50-75%
of my day was eating meats. Now it is 20-25%. Start your day with 100% BlackCherry juice and Vitamins E and C especially. The juice seems to neutralize the uric acids.

One of the best things i have found is to take celery seed, you can purchase it at a health food store and it does work, also at the same time increase the amount of water you take in.

Is there a question here?

Glad to hear you're gout-free, but you might be wise to copy this and save it to paste some time when you see a question about gout.
