DO i have Gout?? or something else?

the bottoms of my feet are super sensitive, and burn like heck, its like they have acid on them, and feel tender. At night they get worse and jstu burn so bad it keeps me up at night, i know gout is in the joints, but this feels liek teh big toe joint, and the bottoms of the feet also,

Gout is extremely painfull but not usually describled as a burning sensation. It could be athletes foot but that is usually accompanied by itchy, red and flaking skin. Another possibility is plantar fascitis which a massage therapist can treat. Or ultimately the burning sensation could be caused by compression or damage to the nerve innervating that area of the foot. I suggest consulting a physician.

the big toe joint is definitely a common place for gout to hit. i have gout in various places in my feet but never on the bottom.

gout occours in small joints n it cn involve big joints as well!
its a blisters like disease n occurs by accumulation of sodium bi urate in small joints as a result of elevate level of puric acid in blood
so first u check up ur blood in lab
signs of gout r blisters n swollen joints , discoloration ,iaching n tenderness n mostly worsen at night
colchicine is best for this disease n also u cn use uricosuric drugs like probenecid after get confirmed of this disease
consult ur doctor
all the best

You have to go to the hospital to do some medical test to check it out. Then they will give you prescribe diet, what to eat and what to avoid in order to minimize the attacks. Also, take plenty of fluids (water) to dilute and excrete the acid.
