Anyone suffer from Gout? |
Does anyone have any home remedies for the pain of Gout? As a nurse, I know what causes Gout. Changing my diet will not work because I rarely eat foods high in Purines which cause the build up of the painful uric crystals. I'm basically asking if there is any home remedies to aid in flare ups. I have it in my left pinkie finger joint. None of my arthritis remedies help with the Gout. So I don't have many ideas.
