okay im freaking out becasuse my eys are feeling weird and i've been reading up on it and it say that thats a gonorrhea symptom i was actully getting treated for yeast and bacterial infection and the discharge is gone but im scared that i might have an std is this possible???

Well, if you didn't wash your hands properly you certainly could have transferred the infection to your eyes. I would see at least a GP if not an actual eye doctor ASAP.

you can only get gonorrhea in your eyes if you get semen or vaginal fluid squirted in your eyes. If you had vaginal or anal sex, what does that have to do with you eyes! the vagina will secrete fluids if you are infected.
