What is the percentage of not getting gonorrhea through intercourse? |
Long Story Short. My homeboy's girl got gonorrhea. She had it for 2 weeks now and just found out, but been had the symptoms. He hasnt shown any symptoms, but still is going to get tested. So what is the percent of him getting gonorrhea from her? There is no percentage with ANY STD, ever. It could only take one encounter for any STD to be transmitted. Some factors can make it easier for transmission, for example, if your immune system is weakened because of any other infection it coud make it easier for an STD to be transmitted. I would say 10 percent he will NOT get it and say 90 THAT HE will GET IT. GOOD LUCK! If he had unprotected sex with her and after she contacted the disease, then he has it to. Fortunately, he can get medication for it to clear it up. I thought I heard recently that the medication that they use to treat gonorrhea isn't effective in treating the disease anymore. I could be wrong about this. Hopefully this is not the case. |
