Can you contact gonorrhea without having sex?

my five year old daughter contacted gonorrhea some how and im tryin to get to the bottom of it

It can be spread by a sore (that could grow on any type of mucous membrane) touching any mucous membrane (the pink in the inside of the mouth and the private parts). So in theory it could be a family member who got the disease in their mouth and then kissed her--but even then I think the pecks children kiss with wouldn't spread it.

I think you need to try to find a way to talk with your daughter to figure this out. She'll be your biggest clue.

No she must have had some sexual contact. Contact the police or social services because she could have been molested or sexualy assalted.
