Can actinomycosis attack our partner and our partner get gonorrhea because of it?

My ovary just been removed because of attack of actinomycosis.Did I get the disease because my husband having gonorrhea attack befor it?or did I was the one who giving him gonorrhea disease?

Actinomycosis is caused by a bacterium called Actinomyces isrelii.

Gonorrhea is caused by a bacterium called Neisseria gonorrheae.

He did not get Gonorrhea from your Actinomycosis, and you did not get Actinomycosis from his Gonorrhea. Gonorrhea is only contracted via intimate contact (usually sex) with another person who has Gonorrhea. If he's trying to tell you that he got it from you, he's hiding something.

Actinomyces israelii lives in most people's mouth, but usually doesn't cause disease. Having an IUD can lead to pelvic Actinomycosis.
