How to treat goiter without having a doctor's prescription?

while you are aware that your thyroid disease wont go away on its own,if the goiter isn't chocking you,you can eat a lot of fish that came from the ocean.there are some herbs but i do not put my faith in them,so while i would like to answer your question better,i cant.still the best way is seeing a doctor.
