Should I cut my goiter with my mini chainsaw?

I hate having this big goiter on my neck and im thinking of cutting it off. I have the mini chainsaw oiled, I opened up a garbage bag on the ground to collect the after cut, and I put a stool in the middle to sit on. I taped a mirror on the wall for navigation also. I have a bottle of peroxide, gauze, and some medical tape for afterwards. You think I should?

I think you should. Goiters are so ugly... and if you bleed out and die at least you won't die with a goiter. Good luck.
