What is a goiter gunk???

A goitre is the swelling of the thyroid gland, goitre gunk is nothing..;

gunk means: any sticky or greasy residue
goiter means: an enlargement of the gland on the front and sides of your neck..lol if u put them togetter don't really make sence.. but then it means> an enlargement of ur thyroid gland on the front and sides of ur neck is sticky and greasy? ha!
